Momentum, one of South Africa’s leading financial services groups, is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the *Momentum Client Service Administrator Learnership 2026*. This is a 12-month INSETA-accredited programme designed for matriculants who want to start a career in insurance and client services.

Momentum Metropolitan is a JSE-listed financial services company that owns Momentum, Metropolitan, Guardrisk and other brands. The group operates across life insurance, short-term insurance, health, and investments.

The Client Service Learnership is run through Momentum’s head offices in *Centurion (Gauteng), Sandton (Gauteng), and Bellville (Western Cape)*. Learners are placed at these offices and receive both classroom training and workplace exposure.

What Will You Learn?

This is an *Occupational Certificate: Insurance Agent NQF Level 4* funded by INSETA. During the 12 months you will learn:

– How to handle client queries and provide excellent client service
– Insurance products including life, funeral, and savings policies
– Administration, data capturing, and policy processing
– Financial services compliance and FAIS regulations
– Communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
– Using Momentum’s internal systems and CRM tools

You will work 70% in the workplace and 30% in classroom training. You will be assessed through assignments, role plays, and a final external assessment.

Who Can Apply? Requirements

To qualify for the Momentum Learnership 2026, you must:

1. Be a South African citizen aged 18-28 (preferably 18-25)
2. Have completed *Grade 12 / Matric with minimum 50% in Maths or Maths Literacy, and 50% in English*
3. Must be currently unemployed and not studying full-time
4. Must not be registered on any other learnership or internship in 2026/2027
5. Have strong communication skills and be computer literate
6. Be available for 12 months from early 2026
7. No work experience required – first-time job seekers are encouraged
