Position Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Store Operations Specialist within the Operations – Stores department. This position reports directly to the Manager and is responsible for overseeing various operational aspects within our store locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership, effective communication skills, and a keen understanding of retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring that daily store operations are executed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing store inventory, overseeing merchandise placement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Leadership and Team Management: Providing leadership and direction to store staff. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, managing performance, and supporting team development. Your leadership will help drive a culture of excellence within the store.

- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, loss prevention, and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels. You will work to minimize stockouts and overstocks to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales and Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and operational metrics. You will be responsible for setting and achieving performance targets, and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Grade 12 education is required. Additional qualifications or certifications related to retail management or operations will be considered an advantage.
