Learnership Opportunities
Sibanye-Stillwater offers three learnership programs:
1. Learnership 18.2: Fitting
– Minimum required qualification: Mechanical Fitting (including machining) N2 with relevant subjects, or National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 4, or Grade 12 with relevant subjects.
2. _Learnership 18.2: Plating_
– Minimum required qualification: Plater/Welder N2 with relevant subjects, or NCV Level 4, or Grade 12 with relevant subjects.
3. _Learnership 18.2: Learner Miner_
– Minimum required qualification: Grade 12 with Mathematics and English.
Additional Requirements
– Declared medically fit for the position and environment.
– Recommended based on interview outcomes.
– Clear security screening results.
– Applicants with Section 28 or 26D Trade Certificates will not be considered.
Selection Process
– Interview.
– Psychometric assessment.
